Great thing to.do. You're right, any amount will help. I know you're sore but it is so good you didn't break a bone. I slipped on a blanket on my wood floor. I tried to brace myself from falling but I ended up with a displaced fracture on my humerus. It was a year of therapy to get my strength back. Fir quite some time I was worried I would lose my range of motion. I put in the effort and was mightily rewarded.

A friend of mine volunteers for a shelter. They always need $$$ of course, but they also need used blankets, old sweaters, etc., they can use as bedding. Good way to help and to avoid just tossing away old clothes, etc... Have a good day.

Good afternoon. Hamburgers are always a great choice since you can take them in so many different directions. I love rodeo burgers and mushroom & Swiss cheese burgers. John's favorite is jalapeno burgers. It's wonderful that you donate to an organization that looks after the welfare of animals. We donate to the National Wildlife Federation. Through habitat protection, restoration, and management, their impact has brought numerous species back from the brink of extinction, including eagles, deer, elk, bighorn sheep, butterflies, bees, and whales. I hope you feel better. Enjoy your day.
