I hope the worst is over it is better today so I have watered the plants early. Yes older people should not go out in the sunshine I do wear sun protective clothing and use Sun cream. Thank goodness it is cooler today. Take care and thankyou.🌺

It is lovely today, a strong breeze and cloud cover. No rain of course we have about 150 dahlia plants and unless we water them daily they would just shrivel. I do not like using a hose too often, as all the lawns are brown and restrictions apply.

My goodness. I am glad nothing happened to you. Lesson learned. There's no need to take chances with your life.
There is going to be a bit of a delay on my book. The publishing company is not doing the right thing and has deceived me all along. I.will explain it my post tomorrow night. But, I wanted to let you know that I will send you a copy of my book when I get it published. My goal is by the end of next week. If you will send me your address I pop one in the mail as soon as possible. It's a thank you for your help and support when Christopher was in Afghanistan. You are a godsend to me.

That’s just too hot to be out and about! You nearly had a heat stroke or heat exhaustion! Very dangerous for you. Now stay in and drink cool refreshments. It’s been hot and humid here and when I go out in it, it’s often just too much. I had a heat stroke twice and ended up in hospital! So you take care of you! 🌹😄🙏

CCT, when it's that hot outside, don't go out! That high temp is especially dangerous for us older people. Our usual ailments that we deal with just fine most days get to be scary when it's so darn hot. I really want to continue reading your posts here on Blogit - it just wouldn't be the same without you. Be kind to yourself.
