Their are some quite good anti depressant tablets available. In the past they were addictive and some folk are still using them after thirty years. The problem being like most things they become less able to help and dependency remains

When a person gets satisfaction from doing something they like it creates a great self worth. It is probably great medicine in its own right. She would work out of any anxiety issue because the job is important to her. I wish her all the best! I truly believe she will.do well.

It's wonderful that you guys have such a caring father, and you are a terrific brother and son to be worrying about this. Hopefully, everything works out for your sister, and her happiness will override any bouts of depression. 🙏
