I used to be good a computers.....Now I depend on Sons to get me out of trouble I have them and my Daughter-in-Law all working on my present problems

My biggest issue is Captcha. It's made way too hard to read. Even if given verbally, it can take a bit to load.

One tends to jog alone quite effortlessly and then the system will not accept the
password. This is very annoying, especially if it is being dealt with by some other software
that eventually accepts it and then is refused when it is presented to source.

Good luck and yes very good luck, My mum would sit in front of the TV and complain because it only showed the test pattern! back in the day!

Good luck with this project. I find the technology - especially the security stuff - extremely frustrating. Lucky you're able to help her deal with this.

Computers and cellphones are both a blessing and a big hassle. Good luck with that. It would be beneficial for her to be able to bypass a password.
