I have always been a night owl and then never wanting to get up early in the morning. Unfortunately, the World is geared to earlier start ups than I like!

I guess that is one of the privileges of adulting. There is no set bedtime. Since he didn't miss taking you to school, it would appear that he was capable of staying up if he felt like it. Being tired and grumpy the next day from doing it is another story.
