Sam444, I didn't know about sending pictures, but I can see how it helps the company understand what the problem is. I'm fortunate that the repairmen came out the same week I called. They fixed the problem, and everything is back to normal. I'm glad I bought the 5-year warranty. I hope you have a great Saturday!

I suspect you had to send pictures to rule out frivolous calls. Apparently yours is legit and will be taken care of, too. I always send a picture when I get a defective product. It gets attention much faster. I hold your cold goes away soon. Viruses can take some time to run their course

I hope the firm can fix the odd piece, at least they will see what is wrong. Nothing seems to be straight forward these days. It would be nice to have it cooler🌷
