I don't blame you for passing on the upper observation deck. Too many people crammed into one space would have been ridiculous. We traveled to Ontario, Niagara Falls, in 2005, which is only 2 hours from Toronto, but we didn't get a chance to go on the Skylon Tower. I just looked at a picture of Toronto's city skyline. It reminds me of a few of the cities I have visited that are situated near the water, including Ontario.
