Good morning. Too many house projects are overwhelming. We are going through that at this time. The heat was awful yesterday due to the humidity being so high from the intermittent rain. By the time the music started on Plum Street yesterday, the rain had stopped, and we had a fun night. Our grandkids had a blast. Hopefully, you can get all of your projects finished before any more pop up. Enjoy your day.

....I've been lagging behind in just about everything these days. My computer is trying to make arrangements for it's "Final Resting place" and I'm trying to get as much life out of it as I can. Now it won't let me post but it will let me comment on others.....crazy!

I have found the best way to tackle a big job that I lack motivation is to set a timer on my watch or even the stove for five minutes and increase by 5 minutes every day until the project is done. You will find after a few days you won't need the timer. Stay cool hot weather can be deadly.

My daughter gave me an idea for dealing with sorting/packing, etc. Get 3 good-sized boxes. Label one "keep". Label the next "pitch," and the third one "donate." Once the decision is made, the stuff you want to get rid of is practically out the door...
