Oh, wow! Unexpected company will do that to you, especially when you have to do last minute satisfactory clean up duty. I'm happy to hear that it all worked out favorably for you.

I keep track of my heart rate but mostly when I'm walking to get the rate up to get my cardio minutes done for the day. Lol Very smart on using the built in staff so to speak! Hahahaha!
