Bad repair service seems to touch everyone. In the end, don't let it ruin your day. Take it in stride. As for the editing notes. I would definitely move on. There are too many errors to count.

% +*!  -  or as my dad would say, “Dirty words!” 🤣 And this is mostly why I haven’t published yet, plus my  husband needs care at the moment. I’m so sympathetic for your plight and so sorry to hear this. Rrhhh!

That sounds like whoever is editing or formatting is totally incompetent! What exactly do they call the service they offer? Whatever they call it, it should not be this hard, this unprofessional!

Sam444, I hope you paid for this service with your credit card.  If you did, you can call them and tell them they are not fulfilling the service you paid for.  I know this is so aggravating to you, and I hope you can get your money back.  I don't think talking to this company is going to do any good.  They are clearly not listening to you and what you want.  I hope you can get your sprinkler system fixed.  I hope you have a good night!
