Sam444, we got our pot pies from Sam's Club, and I'm sure there is too much salt in them. I hope you have a good evening. They are saying it's going to be hot all night. Thankfully, the house is cool.

Cleveland is usually cooler than the greater St. Louis area, but today it seems both are simmering under a heat dome. Chicken pot pie sounds like a good idea for supper. :)

Good afternoon. Yum! Chicken pot pie is one of my favorite comfort foods. I made toasted tomato sandwiches. My porch thermometer pegged at 100 an hour ago. Our house stays cool too, and thankfully so. We are headed out for our date day. More than likely, we will grab some pizza before coming home. Enjoy your day.

Heat is tough to deal.especially when you aren't used to the high temps. I personally like 75 degrees. Stay cool and keep hydrated. Do you get your pot pie from the restaurant or store? I often wonder how much salt is in the pot pie prepared at the restaurant.
