Sam444, the baby has a beautiful room. I'm excited for all of you. When I start getting estimates for repairs around the house, I start praying. Everything is so expensive now. I hope everything goes as planned and you get the problem fixed.

That's a very bright and cheerful nursery! Very pretty carpet there, too.
The sprinkler system sound like such an expensive bother!

What a pretty and sweet room. Love it. Love babies. At present, have one new baby in my family but they live in Florida and I don't know if they have cat(s). It is my Grandson's Grandson.
