Sam444, I have deep washers. They don't have agitators. I can barely reach the bottom of them. I have a gizmo to get the clothes out. I actually have two washers. If my washer breaks, we have to go to the laundromat, and that is not something I want to do. If something needs to be done at the laundromat, I send Caeser. I decided to get a second washer so I can still do my laundry if one breaks. I wash everyone's clothes and bedding. That is why I do so much bedding.

You have definitely earned the rest. It seems like you wash blankets alot.Do you do everyone's laundry? I have an agitating machine but I wish I had one like my daughter. I havr to take my comforters to her house to get them washed. Luckily the guest bedroom is used sparingly.

Sea Gypsy, thank you so much. There's always so much going on around here, and it's nice to take a break once in a while. The past couple of weeks have been crazy. First, there were the windows and the installation of the air conditioners, and then there was the electricity. I'm not even sure when I'm going to start remodeling the bedroom. Thankfully I made it to the doctor and got my prescriptions renewed and my pneumonia shot. I hope you enjoy your evening, and I hope your husband is doing well.

I agree that the 70s are the perfect temperature. Not too hot, and not chilly. It is the Goldilocks temperature. Just right. Enjoy your day.

Somehow we moms feel compelled to keep busy every minute, even though the kids are grown and doing for themselves. I fight this compulsion daily with my La-Z-Boy and a ball of crochet yarn... just sittin' & knittin'...
