Indian traffic conditions are among the worst; Modi govt. and trams port ministry are taking steps to improve safety rules, however.

I try to avoid the heavy traffic times. However, I had an appointment that thrust me in the middle of rush hour. I don’t know how people can do.it on a daily basis!

I suppose there is a thrill for first time drivers and by the law of averages traffic will become more congested .It is something to think about.

I have noticed a huge change with traffic over the past six years. Heavy traffic is crazy, and it is a recipe for disaster. At peak hours, I avoid downtown Pittsburgh at all costs, and I avoid heading out to shop at certain hours. You would think that with a huge percentage of people working from home that there would be less traffic, but that just isn't the case.

It's much worse since I retired. Thankful I don't have to commute through rush hour traffic these days. Drive safely.

Good Morning

BearcatMike, our traffic is crazy during rush hour.  Our freeways are so crazy to me.  On 90, the cars are flying, and when I say flying during rush hour, the cars are going at least 80, and they are bumper to bumper.  Cars are flying past the cars, doing 80, and who knows how fast they are going.  If one little thing goes wrong, a big accident will occur involving a lot of cars.  When there is an event in Cleveland, they ask people to take public transportation to keep the traffic down.

Our traffics has doubled lately. It’s awful. Of course, we had the fires and the displaced people may be living in the area while they try to rebuild. I don’t know.
