Good Evening

Bearcat Mike, I know you will smile when you read this, but when I read your first sentence, I think it gave me a lift, and I feel like I really needed it.  All this home improvement has felt like it's taking over my life.  Thank you!  You have a nice way of looking at life.  I hope you are staying cool on these hot days.  We now have the kitchen air conditioner in, and the back of the house feels wonderful.  We will all sleep well tonight.

Well, I hope your next position proves to be less stressful. That swagger was well earned.

Oh, yeah! I personally avoid the highway as much as possible because of the high rate of speed that people now drive their cars at. I will take the Lemonade Lane on any day. Besides, the country routes are usually more scenic. Here is a 🥂 toast to shortcuts and swagger. 😉
