- Go to Windy Day In The Treasure Valley!
Good Evening
Sam444, I'm excited for you. I know this is such a fun time. My grandson Caeser is 6ft 5", and I'm positive he didn't get his height from me. I'm only 5ft 3", although my daughter says I'm only 5ft 2". I refuse to acknowledge that. haha My one granddaughter Nadine is 5ft 10." I always wanted to be tall. It did not happen! Your son-in-law sounds like a handsome guy! I had asthma when I was little, and back then, they would put me in a tent in the hospital.

Take care and it is really interesting to know what is inherited from whom. I know my grandsons didn’t get their height from me! 🤣

Of course, you want to stay fit. We are having a lot of wind, but of course, there is no dust.
Pollen, though, has been a nuisance. I suppose we all have these problems,
And I know it is a waiting time for you all.🌺

Understandable. Asthma is hard to live with. In 2007, I developed adult-onset asthma that came after a bout with bronchitis that turned into pneumonia. Any harsh odor, especially cleaning products, cigarette smoke and chemicals were not helpful to my weakened lungs when it came to breathing. The asthma doctor I was seeing prescribed Albuterol, Singulair, Advair, and Flovent. I was determined not to remain on meds, so I tried the homeopathic immune system supplement Quercetin to help with inflammation in my lungs. I also strengthened my lungs by using the Pilates reverse breathing technique. "Deep breath in through the nose, stomach pushed out, and hold. Blow out your breath with your mouth, and suck the tummy in. Within a year, I was med free.
