I would have loved to be at that World's Fair. Can you just imagine the things we would see? I'm not Italian, but that's how I have always eaten my spaghetti. I find that so cool! Thank you for sharing this post. Now I can't stop thinking about the World's Fair. I hope you have a good day!

Oh, yeah. Italians do not like to break spaghetti noodles before cooking, so they are naturally long when served. The fork/spoon twirl works like a charm. 🍝
