TAPS Here, I Think......
I don't know whether it is my old computer doing it or my Old Me, but there is a whole lot of errors going on over here on my side of town.....losing posts I have spent time on and stuff like that. It definitely makes me feel like I should give up and just read books.
I received my "Library By Mail" books yesterday again and I am so pleased with them. I can choose my own books, as many as eight as a time and keep them for six weeks, or I can tell them to pick books for me after giving them a list of my interests. After receiving four large print hard-backs which is what I asked for, yesterday, I never did go out of my place again. I made myself hot coffee and a snack and sat in my favorite place and read and enjoyed.
I cannot do that every day though or I will become physically decrepit which is bad (worse than being mentally decrepit and strong physically. I know that for certain as I helped take care of my Dad in his Alzheimer's years. He was physically strong and active but he would get out and keep going and get lost and not know who he was or where he lived.
Anyway, I'll be reading again today. The book I began yesterday has more than 1,200 pages.
