It is important to understand Job. If we remain steadfast and unwavering to the Lord he will bless us beyond our imagination. Everything I have today is directly related to the Lord. I ask for Him to guide my way and He does it! The Lord is the greatest gift of all!

Exactly. You have made an excellent point. Without obstacles we would never have to look for other ways to complete something. The life lessons that come with those obstacles only serve to remind us of what not to do the next time.

You've got a good point - we do learn more from overcoming troubles than from smooth sailing through the world. And we learn empathy, understanding, acceptance...
