CCT, I have to say that was quite a meal you had throughout the day. It was all good, and there were fruit, eggs, and walnuts, but next time we have to have some vegetables too. I hope you have a good night.

I hope your cookout went well. Nice activity for a Sunday. My daughter and husband were over mowing the lawn and pulling weeds from the flower beds. We had Jimmy johns and DQ blizzards. That worked well also!

I was trying to remember what I had for lunch. Two pickled walnuts,, I am trying to remember. Oh! one hardboiled egg. I am afraid I cannot remember what else I did boil some cabbage but I forgot to have that so I poured some tomato sauce over it and had it cold later. I think I had a banana I could have had some strawberries but my sister called so I gave them to her. Oh! I had a delivery of some Kiwi fruit and I boiled some blueberries It was a kind of rag-tag day. I must organize the routine on future. 😊

It's a perfect day for a cookout. I love cheeseburgers because you can do a million and one things to them to suit your tastes. I love mine with bacon, extra cheese, beer battered onion rings, and BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
