Wow!
All this sounds like it is going to be wonderful when it all get's done. Living in "the new" will be wonderful for you.. The most I do every single day is make the bed first thing and get rid of anything laying around in the room (picking up any thing and putting where things belong) Even that makes a difference.

I feel like the rain will never end. We keep fluctuating between sun and rain with no end in sight although this weekend is looking promising. A redo is fun after all of the hard work is completed. Fresh paint, new curtains, flooring, and a new ceiling fan will accentuate your space. We installed new ceiling fans last year in our bedroom and living room, along with a fresh coat of paint that added a bit of color. We also added wainscoting to the livingroom. It added some country charm that I love so much. Enjoy your day. ☺️
