I enjoyed your post. It is interesting how the number of centenarians is growing. Not to mention the common denominators that affect longevity. I definitely did not know that there was a presidential greeting available. Sounds like a great program.

There were many great suggestions. I skip the multivitamin in favor of getting all my vitamins from food.Â

I suppose it is really how one would feel I know someone who says she would like to go to sleep and not wake up. Of course it is not that easy>Perhaps there will be a discount on here when one knocks up 100.🦋
