I didn't know that.    I started doing anything and everything I could think of about ten years ago after I was in the hospital with bad pneumonia  and almost didn't make it.  It took me a long time to get my strength back.

Bed exercises are the basis for Pilates. The person who founded it had been injured in war and could only do exercises in bed.

Good for you. You are exercising your mind and your body. Which is a blessing at any age. My sister and I often think about our grandmother. In hindsight, we may have done too much for her. Not allowing her to get the exercise she needed back then.  You continue to impress us all with your energy and your desire to keep doing as much as you can. No matter what.

Any exercise is probably beneficial.as long as one does not over exert oneself.

I did half an hours stock hoeing today, I could not stop longer because the little

woman who comes once a week shouted to me that time was up. Cheeky wench I thought

 as she had sat in a chair for at least 15 minutes gossiping. She is known for it. 🌺
