I am glad I do not have an HOA. My mother has one in her neighborhood. It has been a pain at times.

Well I have not got a lawn Sam because we have planted it with Dahlias and pinks. I used to make dandelion wine but they are not like grapes that one can wash easily and cars passing not good..🌺

We got our yard mowed and trimmed yesterday as well. The rain has been making it necessary to mow every four days. HOA's are not only irritating, but they can also be expensive depending on where you live. I could not deal with that simply because the pride of ownership in my opinion should not come with an organization telling you what to do with your property or else.
