Searching for smiles would make existence rough. I liked the saccherine reference with daddy. It can mean a couple of things. That's what I like most about your poetry is the nuances!

Re: Pat

It is a stick in the mind pain. But when money is concerned it raises a black shadow.🌺

That's the time to start writing, at the moment though I just want to drop my head on this table and dream.😍

Re: Sea Gypsy

Yes I am afraid I am not pure enough in spirit. By the way I can now talk without moving my lips.🌺

I am happy for you, even if I am a pain to others.🌺

CC......

Oh to love and be love by ones family is the greatest of gifts and I was/am one of the fortunate ones.  I certainly miss the ones who have already left us and love the ones still available to us.  This week has been a great blessing to be together all week and to so enjoy the being together.   Not one gripe or grouch or  complaint and a lot of laughing.

Talking to a stranger when needing to vent is sometimes all the therapy a person needs.

That's a tough one to get over. I hope she managed to do so.

I have seen a lot of issues arise from family inheritance. I feel like all would be better off if the deceased had just donated everything to charity.
