When I complained at the high cost of one of my meds he said the alternative was much costlier. It brought me back to reality and I not thought about since. Just remind yourself the consequences of not getting it under control are worse if you don't!

I hope this new medication works for you. Are you working too hard? may be you need to let something go!. no I don't know what, but fill some of your day by resting!
