Sorry I missed commenting. I am glad you have a plan for bone health improvement. My results were disappointing. I will continue to work on improving them. My one problem is that supplements such as Vitamin D3 tend to not agree with me. However, mushrooms do! 😃

Sam, I keep doing things to strengthen the the knees falling is the worse thing that elderly folk suffer. if they are in a moderate condition. When we were Kids, mother always used make us take cod liver oil. Eek!🌺

Praying for good news and healing. Wow, that is a lot of miles. My bad knees wouldn't be able to do that in 5 years. I love your positive self-improvement suggestions. 1 push-up a day for many folks would be quite an accomplishment. The older we get we lose muscle and strength.
