They are a total disgrace. The one Jim was in I think just let him die. he was due to come home.it was clean, spotlessly clean but he never had a bath or a shower just a hand basin. left hours by himself. We never had a list of his medications and they fed him a laxative every morning he didn't need and he scoured all over himself. and on and on.
