My Cholesterol was up a couple of years ago...
I , like you have high cholesterol always and it is in the family. My dr. gave me a small dose to take once a day and it is fine now!

Those yearly annuals are a real pain. They come with the PCP requesting a full set of blood tests that never come back the same each year even though my diet stays pretty much the same. They finally decided to check my thyroid for whatever reason and found that I have hypothyroidism, so now I take medication for that. Getting older really does suck.

Well Sam I get a message each year saying a review will be at such and such date. But that's all. If I were young and could afford it I would go private. Folk blame the immigrants. But of course it is nature as well. 🌺

I feel it is a wise move to take the medication. I would trust the doctor, which it looks like you are doing.

Sam444, I think the medication will help you. My cholesterol numbers are in the normal range, and because of the injury to my knee, I don't exercise like you do. I hope you have a good night.
