Sam444, I scheduled the cleaning before I knew I had to have my teeth pulled. Now I'm a little worried about the cleaning. I have to go the same day to have the dentist check to see how things are going. I'm not sure how you handle the heat in the summer. I lived in Arkansas for 5 years, and it was like living in a blast furnace in the middle of summer. The temps would be 110 in the shade. I do love the city, sending the shredder around on Monday. It really helps us because we have so many trees on the property. I hope you have a great week.

I think it's a great idea to get new windows. Good luck with the dental cleaning. I'm sure I would want to get mine cleaned so close after an extraction. Sore gums are so awful to deal with. I'm glad you're getting better weather. It was 75 in my valley today but tomorrow we go back to normal temps for the year at 60 degrees. I like the idea of the city coming around with a shredder. I wish my city did that!

Kabu, that is wonderful. It's taking me some time to replace the windows. In the sunroom, there were 9 windows, but in the kitchen, there are only two, thank goodness. I hope you are doing well this evening.

I was lucky here, Jim had replaced all the old windows with double windows which has kept the cold further at bay!

Pat the tooth they removed had a gold cap. It was done when I was 16. I wonder how it got a cavity. I’m glad I don’t have to worry about it anymore. I’m glad it’s warming up.

Sea Gypsy, thanks so much. The incident at our community center really surprised me. I guess it can happen anywhere. I thought the rules stated for rentals there had to be a police officer present. I’m not sure what went wrong.
