Dusting is one of my least favorite jobs around the house. Like you, I have miniature lighthouses in both my livingroom and the master bathroom. I also have a mini library. I deep clean every few weeks to keep up, but it can become tedious week after week. What's really funny is that I get a quality cleaning job in when some calls to let me know they are coming over.

Good Morning
Sam444, when I read your post, you gave me motivation to work on my bookshelf. It's dusty, but I'm going to try to get through my dental problems, and then that will be my next project. I do have a lot of knick-knacks, but I washed them all and put them away in my second pantry. I have so many books on my bookshelf that need my attention. I also have bells that I love with odds and ends on different shelves. They go all the way to the ceiling. I hope Louie is adjusting well with the girls. Have a great week.

Kudos to you for cleaning. Dusting is the worst for me with so many allergies. This post reminded me of my mom. She, by choice, had no collectibles or knick knacks when I was a child. I saw them at everyone else’s house and asked her why we didn’t have any. She said her mother had so many and they were a lot of work to dust. Then the truth came out. When her mother passed, her sisters swooped in and took all of them. My mom got none. Have a blessed week.
