Re:

CCT, it's too bad they didn't tell you what it was.   I hope you have a good evening.

Re:

FSI, they were saying that we've had meteors before, but I don't think it was anything like this.  I hope you have a good night.

Re:

Sam444, I know the meteor was big, but I don't know the actual size.  They've been showing pictures of it flying through the sky.  I haven't heard about a cavity in the Earth.  I hope you have a good evening.

Re:

Sherri, it's been cold here all day, and we've got snow.  I hope you have a good evening.

Yes I found a heap of burnt grey material once some said it was from space it tore through a hedge and smoldered. A policeman took a sample but there was no feedback.🦋

It reminds me just how big our universe that an unexpected meteor can come.

Too bad on the cold weather. Did the meteor create a cavity in the earth? Is there word on how large it was? I agree with watching the parade on TV, 10 degrees and standing is not a good idea!

Good afternoon. Thank goodness that 7-ton meteor didn't hurt or kill anyone. Talk about a history making St. Patrick's Day! It is chilly today, but it is supposed to warm up by the weekend. I have been prepping food, cooking and baking this morning. The perfect activity on a 32-degree day. I plan to take a walk through my yard and see what flowers, plants and shrubs survived yesterday's snowstorm. Enjoy your day. Regular smile
