yes the mind goes right back to when they were young and I think those deeply hidden feelings of loss of our parents comes out again with the disease. Mother always called me one of her sisters.

Music is a powerful tool, especially the songs we loved as children and teenagers. The words stay with us long after we've forgotten so much else. Thank you for sharing your dad's joyful moment.

Good Afternoon

Taps, I know your Dad was a wonderful man, and you truly loved him.  I think enjoying music was a gift, and I'm glad you were there with him.  I hope you have a good day!  Happy St. Patrick's Day!  Our excitement today was the sonic boom.

How awful for your dad. That had to be really sad for his family to go through. I'm so sorry. There is just something about music that perks people up no matter what their condition. It is such a magical force with so many benefits to the human psyche, offering a positive influence on both physical and mental health. Enjoy your St. Patrick's Day. May it be a blessed one. 🍀
