I truly believe when people have had enough they will rise up and defeat this horrible administration. I wish it would be tomorrow but the Trump minions haven't been adversely affected enough yet. Trump telling the Supreme Court justices they owe him is corruption beyond understanding. That's bad enough but Congress staying silent is complicit in his corruption. In my lifetime I have never seen a more corrupt, broken little man in my life.

It may not be a done deal - the merger.

Hopefully, the merger does not happen. I am not optimistic, though.

Good Afternoon

BearcatMike, I watch the news for the weather.  It comes on every 8 minutes, and when you live in Cleveland, you need to know if it's going to rain, snow, sleet, hail, or some other strange phenomenon.  This has been a crazy winter.  I hope you find a good channel to watch.

I must have been sleeping at the wheel not to realize that CBS was sold. However, I have noticed changes in their programming. Stephen Colbert will soon be a memory, unless his talent can be presented on another channel. Your warning about authoritarian takeover of the media and loss of citizens' rights is right on target. I've been skipping "60 Minutes" lately because of its bias.

I also have faith that we will overcome the many issues we are facing in our world today. I'm not much for watching news stations daily except for our local happenings, but I do keep up with current events that I choose to read. Some of the news has become redundant with nothing new to report. I do keep up with the events surrounding the war and weather. It is important to know what is coming.
