Yes, this nurse needs some severe training in bedside manners. Where is the empathy? If you are having a bad day, take the day off. Don't transfer your issues to the innocent.

Good Afternoon
FSI, when I was very young, I had a sister treat me terribly because I didn't know a prayer. I wasn't Catholic, and I had no way to know that prayer. She made me stand in a cloak room until the religious class was over. I remember telling my mother I was not going back, and I didn't.

Their vow to religious service makes one wonder why some of the sisters feel the need to be so unkind at times. Maybe it is due to their life of living under obedience and poverty. It could also be that nuns are held to a higher standard than most people, and they’re expected to be perfect. That expectation can be quite a burden and lead to nuns being critical of others. I have heard the horror stories from the kids who attended the Catholic schools in the same city where I attended high school in Oregon.
