Good Evening
Caeser and I shared a corned beef sandwich today. They are so big that we each had a half sandwich, and it was more than enough. In Akron, they were having a St. Patrick's Day parade, and I would have loved to go, but it was very cold here, and there are still trees down and electricity out. I stayed home. I hope you have a very good night.

This is a wonderful time of year for good food and celebrations. It is also the perfect time of year to enjoy a corned beef sandwich. I love mine packed with thinly sliced deli corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, stacked between two pieces of rye bread. 😋
