Good Afternoon
Ciel, your landlord sounds like a very fair person. You are lucky to have him and his wife overseeing your bathroom (fix). I'm glad you have something to occupy your time while he's working. I never like the noise that comes with repairs. You do have a lot going on for a Monday. I hope you have a good day. I finally got up enough nerve to call my dentist and make an appointment for my broken tooth. I've been to the dentist many times, but I never like going. After I go to the dentist, I have to make an appointment for my hearing doctor. I don't like the sound of all these check-ups.

Sounds like you have a great landlord. That's a blessing. I remember having some from deep i Hades. I hope the job goes smoothly and quickly.

Good landlords are a true blessing. I have been blessed with great rental contracts and workable landlords with the exception of one horrid slumlord from years ago. Our last and final landlord rented us our house for nine years before they offered to sell it to us. We purchased it immediately after they offered it to us. A person's home is their sanctuary, rented or owned. I'm glad that you have a good one.

I like Mondays but having workmen banging around the walls to fix things ain't my favorite way to spend them. Will be worth it though, to have it all working as it should.
