Good for you to do these preventative measures. That, combined with exercise and quality food, (which you are very good at) you no doubt will live long and be healthy!

So glad that you are taking the time to take care of your health. My daughter is a breast cancer survivor. And my daughter in laws mother just got diagnosed with breast cancer. So it is important to catch it early. About 11 years after my wife and I were married, she went to the doctor because of a pain in her side. When they took an Xray they found a black spot on her lungs. It was lung cancer. We were lucky they caught it early. She has been free and clear for 18 years this December. I also regularly see the Doctor. Take care.
