I always dreaded being called. Perhaps it should be for the artificial support group. 🌺

Maybe you should move to another State!. I don't know what the rules are really. It seems life is made much more difficult for small people than for the big Millionaire class.

It might be worth all the hassle - you'll be eyewitness to events that may also be on the evening news from time to time. I wouldn't mind being on a jury, but then I'm not up to my ears in all the stuff you've had to juggle in your daily schedule. I do not know how you do it.

Being a registered voter puts you in the direct line of being summoned for jury duty. I was released from jury duty the second time I was selected, due to prejudice against the accused when I was asked about his charges and whether I would be able to ensure a fair and unbiased verdict for the defendant, who was charged for sexual assault against a minor child. The other option with you being homeless is stressing the extreme financial burden, although your job should cover your wages during your absence, unless you are an independent contractor. The juror must provide financial statements, tax records, or a detailed letter from an employer to illustrate that the loss of income would compromise their ability to provide basic necessities.

What happens if you move out of state or county? Maybe that’s an option.
