Pat.....
Wonderful post. No matter how much one has, most of us are always wanting "more". We forget to be thankful for what we have.

Some people always have to think they know better than you do yourself. This couple are happy and in love. They want to be together, it is no one else's business!

I totally love this story. After you get older or you really pay attention, you discover that tragedy can either break a relationship or make it stronger. If you survive, you have something that you both share. It makes a difference. Realizing that if we can overcome this, we can make it through anything.

I love Dora's answer. Happiness isn't hinged on how other people live; it is what the married couple are happy with in their own little world. I'd love to taste one of your mama's chocolate chip cookies about right now. 🍪 Stay warm and have a wonderful day.
