Re:

FSI, I’ve never had Outback’s wings.  I will have to try them.  I hope you are staying warm.

Re: Goldiec.....

Taps, I will never understand why they made students switch to printing.  It's crazy to me.

Re:

Kabu, I think you and your neighbor make the nicest friends.  I hope you get to see Jim today.

Goldiec.....

I also cannot imagine the world without cursive.   That seems like craziness to me.

My sweet friend from next door who drives to see Jim, she and I had outback one afternoon through the week. She had never been and we both really enjoyed our meal. By taking her somewhere sometimes, it is a way I can thank her.

Re:

CCT,  I’m really surprised you have three computers.  It’s good though in case one shuts down.  It’s happened to me a few times.

Re:

Pat, I really like your points and I totally agree with you.

I think it's a mistake not to teach cursive to all students. Those who someday go into research - perhaps going into ancient records - will need to be able to read documents from 100 or more years ago which were hand-written (cursive). Official records were written in pen and ink for centuries before typewriters and other technology came along.

How funny although sometimes at school I nearly got caned for letting my writing drift backwards. I don't know why I did it but one would think it was a real sin. Later on a few years I had what was called a font writer and then a typewriter I now have  three computers and a Laptop I don't know why.😊
