It is nice to have a little treat sometimes. I suppose when one has everyday free the charm evaporates.Â

I am having a nice day and not doing too much. I made a nice thick soup of mainly vegetables in gravy and added some spicy meat. I had half today and probably will finish it tomorrow. I try to eat healthy so I can stay strong.
