I agree dear one because One size never fits all. There must be uncountable numbers with figures and shapes like me, but we all have different reactions to our food.

I base my diet on the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals I can get! AI is not allowed favorite of mine at those point!Â

I don't trust AI or the people who program the machines to think for humans. It is a dangerous game that could eventually kill off the human population.

I am suspicious of AI too, but wouldn't it be great if this perfect healthy diet actually worked for people? (I do agree with you, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.)
