Watching for the first time, really, ever more than just a little bit here and there. Even for the ones who don't medal, they already have the validation of having gotten there in the first place!

I think those who compete are all winners, whether or not they take home a trophy. Look at all they have accomplished to get into the top brackets of the competition. Amazing!

Fantastic post! I I also love the Olympics! This year’s opening ceremony was exceptionally nice, focusing on peace and harmony. The work, dedication and skill required to compete is amazing. Hope you are doing better from your falls.

For the athletes it truly is a great moment. Aa a country we still celebrate the miracle on ice. Such a glorious victory!

I love how you always find the positive side of everything. How lucky for them to be watching the winter games in Milan, Italy. I enjoy the ice-skating competition the most. I try to tune into the Olympics between cooking and house chores. Stay warm and enjoy your day.
