So delicious. My father-in-law made the best stuffed peppers I've ever eaten. It was the only dish he made, but it was superb! You recioe could easily rival his!

Sherri, I went back and studied the ingredients again, and I happened to think I'venever used sausage in my stuffed peppers. I found that very interesting. What type of sausage do you use?
