Stay warm. So glad your schools are closed. It has been really cold here as well. They ran out of snow melt before the snow came. People are using pickaxes to clear the snow. Due to no salt or sand. That's the bad part about living in areas where people aren't used to getting a lot of snow and ice. Our schools are also closed. This is because side streets take longer to clear. This year, we have experienced temperatures in the teens and single digits. Stay warm.

So sorry about the frigid temps. Hopefully it passes soon. I awoke to snow this morning. There wasn't much but it was comical watching my neighbor use a blower to get the snow off my driveway. It never lasts long in the valley. There was a small plane crash yesterday. They hit electrical wire and plunged into the Payette River. So ironic because one if the passengers was a local weatherman. Sad event because he was well liked. I would think that weatherman would know not to fly in those small planes when visibility is impeded. I hope you are cozy and warm.

It does seem strange I saw some snowdrops out today and squirrels running around. Snow is a bit depressing after a while. I am, sorry we keep sending it to you.🌺
