Well Sam, I would think with that Briil variety you would be able to fly around the room if you wanted to. They do say a fried Mars Bar is sweet🌺

Diets are very tricky, especially when we are trying to reach certain thresholds. I imagine many people struggle to get the protein.

I have the same issue. I don't eat much, especially protein. My reason is that I fill up very quickly. Protein is a tough one when it comes to eating the required daily amount. I mean, you can only eat so much cheese, eggs, fish, poultry, and yogurt in one day.

Good Morning
Sam444, I think it's nice that you have a free day. I know you will get a lot done. I wish it would warm up a little bit here.  I was thinking about when Spring arrives, the tree guy is going to do some more work for me. We still have some stumps to remove. The snow fell before he could get them done.  I'm thankful he finished cutting down the trees. My grandchildren want to plant a garden. I have to sit down and map one out. We had a garden for many years. When I look out the dining room window, all I see is snow. Do you have a garden now? My all-time favorite food is zucchini. I make zucchini all summer long. I remember the first time I ate zucchini, I felt like it was the best food on the planet. I hope you enjoy your day.

We are all different, I am holding my weight steady now and mainly eat fruit and vegetables. I get my steps in by doing everything for Jim.

I guess the key is to determine what works best for you. We are all individuals with different metabolic needs. I can only consume small amounts at a time. Was born like that and spent the first month of my life in a hospital due to that fact.Â
