I would change the weather for you if I could but something tells me we need old fashioned hot or cold sometimes to keep out earth home happy.

It sounds miserable. I hope your power stays on and that you can stay inside and keep warm. May this pass soon. Take care.

My goodness, so sorry you are going through this horrible weather. You're doing everything right and before you know the temps will improve and the snow will melt! Spring is on the way. It's needs to come early for you!

Our schools are closed, too. I have a feeling they will be closed tomorrow.

So far we've come from the cave man days, great modern facilities to carry electricity and water to vast populations, and yet this cold spell has wreaked havoc -- a bit of icy rain and those lines snap, leaving so many in the dark and chill. I hope it warms up soon and those whose power is out have back-up to help them survive.

It seems ironic that all this talk of Global warming, I know some of the ice is melting in the Arctic. But for years the weather has changed . We are not allowed to use coal , well I expect it would be too costly to burn. My helpmate sells pallet wood cut up of course..

Now those who know best  have installed wood burners. It is now suggested they give off nasties. I bet some of the fires that rage would show a few nasty fumes.  🌺

Good morning. You are smart to stay indoors. It is not a day to be roaming out and about. More companies should close down when the weather is extreme. The steel mill where John works unfortunately can't close down due to the furnaces continuously running, so he braved driving on the dangerous roads in order to get to work for the past two days. He could have taken a PTO day, but that would have left someone else stuck on a double shift. Stay war. That is my plan for the day. Regular smile
