You’re right. It’s a great time for reading. And what a blessing your eyes are in good shape to read! Take good care of yourself.Â

Re: Sam444
I'll never forget our Mama reading us Robert Browning in her own special way:Â Â "...Wee, sleekit, cow'rin, tim'rous beastie, O, what a panic's in thy breastie! Thou need na start awa sae hasty, Wi' bickering brattle! I wad be laith to......."

Books are a great thing to have to pass the time when the weather is bad. I had to take a look at my side table to see what I have going on in reading. Mine is selected works of Robert Browning, The Titantic Sisters and my Christmas gift, The Detroit Tigers greatest players and moments! My Boble is on my nightstand. I hope you stay cozy and don't lose electricity!Â

The snow hasn't started falling in Pittsburgh yet, but it will be in a few hours. I just finished reading the last of a series. I am always up for reading. The book I am currently reading is Donna Kauffman's Lavender Blue. The story is set in the Blue Ridge Mountains on a lavender farm and based around friendship, tragedy, loss, and new beginnings. Hannah Montgomery and her three friends moved to Blue Hollow Falls to start over after their tragedies. They're taking over an inherited lavender farm and starting a lavender based product business and tearoom. Lavender Blue (Blue Hollow Falls #3) by Donna Kauffman | Goodreads

One does not get the same feeling when it keeps raining. I'll tell you a secret.Â
A lady I know said she has a bad cold, so I said . Yes so have I. I did not want her to visit me. A week later she felt cured and brought me two bags of cough sweets and some Strepils. 😊😊😊
