Snow was deep though. I remember Wiley telling us all ho 2 of his older sisters pushed him out the upstairs window and the snow rode him all the way to the trees with him laughing ...he was only a baby.

You must come from really hardy genes. I bet half of the folk today
would not get any milk for their tea if they had to get to the poor old cow.🌺

Wow! That was a storm of all storms. What an interesting your memory your mom had of it. Pennsylvania had similar storms in 1993 and 1996. We were here for the blizzard of 93. John and my oldest daughter spent the day shoveling snow for the town. They made enough in one day to pay our rent that month in March. I am praying that this storm doesn't replicate those storms that went down in history as two of the worst in my area. Stay warm and be safe!
